On one acre of land sits this 5,500 sq ft McDonald’s in Denver, Colorado. This 90 day project was completed on time although we battled the cold Colorado winter. CoKan performed frost removal, set a 4” fire line tap, 150 feet of fire line, 1.5” tap, and sewer tap. We set and plumbed the grease trap, excavated and backfilled the foundation, performed site grading, excavated and backfilled curb and gutter, and prepped for the asphalt. Using a compactor, loader, backhoe, and excavator there was an average of three men on site per day.

Turn the corner from McD's and you'll find this Dunkin’ Donuts sitting on a 1 acre spot. Another 90 day project, we finished the job on time after setting a 1” water tap, set and plumbed the grease trap, excavated and backfilled the foundation, performed site grading, and exported a large amount of material off site. An average of 3 men on site per day, CoKan got the job done with a backhoe, loader, and bobcat.
Murphy Express 14375 Lincoln St., Thornton, CO 80023
Go just a little north and you'll stumble on this oil and gas stop covering 1.5 acres of land. A full four and a half month project, CoKan had 4 to 5 men onsite daily. Using an excavator, loader, bobcat, backhoe, and several trucks, we installed storm sewer and water taps, excavated and backfilled fuel tanks and fuel lines, excavated and backfilled for the canopy, and performed frost removal. With quite a bit of import and export, and working through the winter months, we are proud to say this project was completed successfully and on time.
